This walk will give you chance to watch the sun set and hopefully the moon rise. Bring a touch and a drink. We will hear about the legends of Dartmoor as we stroll up to Bellever Tor. Numbers are limited so please book early. The walk will last between 2- 2 1/2 hours.
Walk is free but donations for the Dartmoor Pony Heritage Trust are welcome.

Walk overview
This walk will give you chance to walk in the dark on Dartmoor. We hopefully will be walking in the moonlight, so bring a torch. We will learn about some of the many legends and we should see the sun set and the moon rise if we get a clear evening. Bring a drink and a snack and where warm clothes. Dogs are not permitted on this walk. The walk will be cancelled if bad weather is forecasted. You must book and pay in advance, limited spaces. This walk will book up fast. You can pay by cheque, Paypal or Bacs.

Walk overview
Join Simon at 6pm at Four Winds car park for an Autumnal Equinox Walk, the midway point between mid-summer and mid-winter, when the hours of daylight and darkness are equal (equinox). Bring a torch, warm clothing and a warm drink. With any luck we might have a sunset at 7pm to see if we can get some stones to align with.

Join Simon at 7.30am at Four Winds car park for a chilly winter solstice sunrise walk to mark the shortest day of the year and the return of the sun for the new year.
Bring warm clothing and a warm drink / breakfast snack. With any luck we might have a sunrise at about 8am to see if we can get some stones to align with.
If anyone fancies breakfast at the Fox Tor Café afterwards then why not!!
