Amanda will guide and inspire you to create art with naturally found objects. Looking at colour texture and shapes. A fun participatory afternoon for all the family. Wear suitable clothing for the day and bring a snack and drink.The walk will focus upon square Q7 and cover approximately 2 miles over tracks and some uneven grassland. Parking is available free of charge at Norsworthy Bridge, but there are no facilities nearby.

Bask in the sun on the beautiful Crags of Honeybag Tor or Chinkwell Tor, enjoy the views and be inspired to compose some poetry, then set it to music.
Phil is a professional musician and composer who will encourage and help to bring the inner artist out of you.
This walk covers a distance of almost two miles over rocky and grassy paths, with a short, steep uphill section, and is restricted to square K16. Parking is available free of charge on the north side of Bonehill Rocks, although there are no facilities nearby.

Amanda as a painter. walk leader and environmental artist will guide and inspire you. A full day to create. A morning walk on a beautiful and wild edge of Dartmoor, an opportunity to sketch and record. The afternoon to develop ideas into paintings, creating your own style, at Gidleigh Village Hall. All materials, canvas, refreshments and chocolate cake included! Bring a lunch and appropriate outdoor clothing for the day. Suitable for all levels. Places limited to 8. For those interested, the walk will be less than 2 miles in squares E12 & E13. Parking at Gidleigh Village hall is free of charge, and there are usable facilities in the hall.

Bring your children on a fascinating wander and wonder through ancient history. We will walk through the ruins of Neolithic and Bronze Age settlements and ritual complexes to explore how people lived thousands of years ago. And we will sit together in nearby ruined hut circles to make a clay pinch pot like our Neolithic ancestors may have done or a simple woven bracelet made from Dartmoor sheep wool. D365 squares include M6, N6, M5, N5. Recommended age range 7-11 years. All children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Bring a picnic lunch. The walk is over 2 miles across easy grassland. Parking at Four Winds is free but there are no facilities nearby.
